Hours are those fort is open for those who arrive by private boat.  Most people arrive by concession operated ferry, with departures from Liberty Square (first departure 9:30 most of the year, 11:00 Jan-Feb & Dec 1-24 or Patriots Point (10:45 or 1:20)  Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years
